摘    要:根据骨质疏松症定量超声关键参数的检测原理,研制单晶片、非聚焦的收发两用超声传感器,采用脉冲透射方法,研究以DSP为核心的定量超声关键参数检测技术,解决超声波信号在骨骼中衰减前后的数据高速采集,以及信号的同步发送与接收问题,利用DSP在线高速处理特点,对采集的波形数据进行数字滤波、FFT变换及互相关处理,实现宽带超声衰减参数BUA和超声传播速度参数SOS的在线检测。通过对人体在体检测,表明该技术能实现人体骨密度超声参数的有效检测。

Abstract:According to osteoporosis diagnosis theory based on quantitative ultrasound parameter detection,a non-focused ultrasound transceiver sensor with single crystal plate is developed and manufactured.Adopting the method of pulse transmission,the detection technology of quantitative ultrasound parameters is studied with DS Pas the core,so high-speed data acquisition and synchronization of ultrasonic signals transmitted and received by the transceiver circuit can be achieved.Digital filtering and cross-correlation processing for the ultrasonic signals are carried out based on the high-speed processing of DSP;thus,on-line detection of broadband ultrasound attenuation(BUA)parameter and speed of sound(SOS)parameter has been realized.In vivo detection shows that the proposed technology can detect ultrasonic parameters of bone mineral density effectively.
