功能性负离子纤维多纤高支薄型织物的开发与研制

摘    要:对功能性负离子纤维多纤高支薄型织物进行了研发。分别介绍了负离子纤维、Tencel纤维、涤纶与长绒棉四种纤维的物理特点。分析了影响薄型织物的纱线和组织结构特点,确定了纺纱和织造有关工艺流程和主要设计参数。探讨并分析了各个工序的主要技术问题和工艺措施。生产出了质量优良的平纹轻薄织物,产品推向市场后获得成功。

Abstract:The thin multi-component high count fabric made by functional negative ion fiber is developed. The pa per has introduced the characteristic of negative ion fiber, tencel, polyester and long-staple cotton sep arately, and the property of yams and weave is analyzed. The process and parameters of spinning and weaving are made. The main technical problem and measures of each process are discussed and ana lyzed. A thin plain fabric with high quality is produced. The products have a success by markets.
