摘    要:针对传统金属方舱存在的质量大、刚度小等缺点,提出一种全新的泡沫铝夹芯板方舱,按方舱通用规范对两种方舱进行静、动力学分析。计算结果表明,在质量相同的情况下,泡沫铝夹芯方舱比传统方舱具有更高的刚度,在刚度相等的情况下具有更轻的质量,从而体现了泡沫铝夹芯方舱轻质、高强度的特点。并在最后对泡沫铝方舱的尺寸参数进行优化,使其性能得到进一步的增强。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional metal square cabin,a new type square cabin made of aluminum foam sandwichcomposite panels was proposed. Both the static and dynamic analysis results tested under the condition of general standard showthat the new type cabin can reach the purpose of light weight design and can also improve the stiffness of the structure. What ismore,optimum design was used on the dimension parameter to enhance the property of the square cabin.
