多元醇改性钛氧微粒的制备及其电流变液性能的研究

摘    要:研究了不同类型多元醇改性钛氧微粒结构及其微粒电流变液的性能,掌握了多元醇改性钛氧微粒电流变液的性能变化规律。结果表明:多元醇改性钛氧微粒中的羟基能明显提高其电流变液性能,丙三醇改性钛氧微粒电流变液的剪切强度明显高于其他多元醇改性钛氧的电流变液性能;在电流变液中改性钛氧微粒呈现粗状多链结构,且相互交叉。

Abstract:The microstructure of polyhydric alcohol modified Ti-O particles and its ER fluid properties were studied,and the evolutions of the ER fluid properties were mastered. Results show that the hydroxyl in polyhydric alcohol modified Ti-O particles can obviously improve the properties of the ER Fluid. The shear stresses of ER fluid of Ti-O particles modified by glycerol were higher than those of ER fluid modified by polyhydric alcohol. As can be seen from the microscopic morphology,the glycerol modified Ti-O particles contain coarse chains,which intercross with each other.
