煤质变化对锅炉受热面飞灰磨损的影响

摘    要:飞灰磨损是导致锅炉受热面管壁减薄失效的一个重要因素,煤质的好坏又直接影响着飞灰磨损的强度.从飞灰磨损的机理入手,通过对元宝山发电厂1#和2#锅炉受热面某些部位飞灰磨损量的计算,量化地考察了2000年以来由于锅炉燃煤煤质的变化对锅炉受热面飞灰磨损的影响,并进一步计算出煤质变化对锅炉受热面寿命的间接影响;同时根据煤质的变化,为锅炉受热面检修策略和局部更换周期进行调整提供了一定的依据.

Abstract:Fly ash abrasion is an important factor that makes the pipes of boiler heating surface become thinner;coal quality influences the intensity of fly ash abrasion.Based on fly ash abrasion principle,the paper calculates fly ash abrasion of 1# and 2# boiler local heating surface in Yuanbaoshan power plant,and reviews the influence of boiler heating surface fly ash abrasion due to the changes of coal qualities since 2000.Indirect influence on using time of boiler heating surface is calculated.This provides gist for maintenance strategies and regulation of local replacing cycle.
