基于UG平台的塑料异型材挤出模标准件库的建立

摘    要:针对塑料异型材挤出模中存在大量标准件这一特点,以UG软件为开发平台,利用VC++6 0面向对象的编程技术,在UG/OpenAPI开发平台上,创建参数化图库、设计用户界面、实现参数化尺寸驱动,总结了系统的主要功能和特点,建立了三维塑料异型材挤出模的标准件库。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of the plastics profile extrusion tooling that there existing a lot of standard parts,a 3D standard-part database for plastic profile extrusion tooling was built on the platform of UG by using the VC++6.0 object-oriented programming technology and the processing of creating the standard part library,designing user interface,making dimension driving and assembling environment are described based on UG/Open API technology.The main functions and peculiarity of the standard part library are also summaried.
