| 摘 要： | 针对热电厂燃料监控中燃油泵系统存在的问题，提出了基于变频器、远程I／O控制器ADAM5510、VB串口通信程序和组态王6．5组建现场总线控制系统的解决方案，实现了现场模拟信号的采集、处理、燃油泵母管的恒压控制，现场数据的动态显示和相关的数据处理；通过VB程序与远程计算机的串口通信，实现了远程实时监控。

| Abstract: | The fieldbus control system is put forward and designed in this paper , based on transducer,tong- distance I/O module ADAM5510, serial communication in Visual Basic6.0 language, and KingView 6.5, which combines the thermoelectricity factory of fuel plant control and the ploblem existing in the fuel pump system. The programmabl output the controlling signal. The program e controller ADAM5510 collect and handle the field data, then in VB language can realize the serial communication with remote computer in PC. The field data can be displayed dynamically and the related data can be dealed with by the way of DDE technology between VB program and Kingview 6.5 in PC. The pressure can be controlled constantly according to fuzzy PID control in VB language. It can realize the function of remote monitor. |
