无刷直流电动机双闭环控制系统研究

摘    要:为实现无刷直流电动机转速转矩高精度控制,设计了以数字信号控制器(DSC)dsPIC30F4011为控制核心的无刷直流电动机速度、电流双闭环PI控制系统.详细介绍了控制系统主要硬件电路原理及控制方案.实验结果表明系统软硬件设计正确可行,并具有良好的调速性能.

Abstract:To achieve high-precision speed and torque control of brushless DC motor,speed and current double closed-loop PI control system of BLDCM based on dsPIC30F4011 was designed in this paper.Main hardware circuit and control scheme of the system was discussed later.Experimental results verify that the hardware and software of the system are reasonable and that good speed adjusting performance can be achieve.
