永磁圆盘形耦合电机设计分析

摘    要:介绍了永磁圆盘形耦合电机的结构和性能特点,探讨了该种新电机的设计特点,列出设计所需基本理论方程,通过Ansoft仿真对关键系数进行有限元分析,按实际要求设计出相应电机,并对其调速性能和轴向吸引力进行分析,最后通过样机实测检验,结果表明该电机具有发展前景.

Abstract:A new type of disk-shaped permanent magnet coupling machine,including its structure and performance,was introduced in this paper.The design features of the motor were discussed.The basic equations were written out and the critical factors were analyzed by the Ansoft simulation using the finite element method.Then the required machine was designed.Afterwards,the motor speed performance and its axial attractive force were analyzed.Lastly,the result was tested by the prototype.It has good prospects in future.
