LPT-1型液体分布器的分布性能及工业应用

摘    要:在试验装置上考察LPT-1型液体分布器的分布性能。结果表明,LPT-1型液体分布器具有良好的分布性能,其分布不均匀度系数与传统的槽式分布器相比,可降低40%以上,用于回流段可显著提高传热效果。在中国石化沧州分公司的工业应用结果表明,与传统的槽式分布器相比,LPT-1型液体分布器可提高减压塔的操作弹性,减少燃料消耗,降低减压塔的压降,提高拔出率。

Abstract:The distribution performance of LPT-1 type liquid distributor was studied on a test device. Results showed that this distributor exhibited excellent distribution performance; its non-uniformity coefficient had a more than 40% reduction as compared with conventional trough liquid distributor and the heat transfer effect could be improved significantly. The industry application of LPT-1 type liquid distributor was carried out at the distillation unit of SINOPEC Cangzhou Company, and the results showed that the vacuum tower could be operated more flexibly with less fuel consumption, less pressure drop of the tower and higher distillate yield.
