亚膦酸酯环氧树脂的合成及性能

摘    要:以二氯甲基膦和双酚A为原料,制备亚膦酸酯双酚A,亚膦酸酯双酚A再与环氧氯丙烷反应得到亚膦酸酯环氧树脂。通过凝胶渗透色谱和红外光谱测定了产物的相对分子质量和结构,利用丙酮盐酸法和磷钼蓝法分别测定了环氧值和磷含量,并对固化物的热稳定性、极限氧指数和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,亚膦酸酯环氧树脂的数均相对分子质量(Mn,GPC)、重均相对分子质量(Mw,GPC)分别为387、404 g/mol,分散指数(Mw, GPC/Mn, GPC)为1.04,磷含量为4.3 %(质量分数,下同),环氧值为0.437 mol/100 g;固化产物分解时放热量小,阻燃性能较高,极限氧指数达到38 %,拉伸强度、拉伸模量分别为25、975 MPa,断裂伸长率为5.3 %,冲击强度为24.8 kJ/m2。
