| 摘 要： | 以二氯甲基膦和双酚A为原料，制备亚膦酸酯双酚A，亚膦酸酯双酚A再与环氧氯丙烷反应得到亚膦酸酯环氧树脂。通过凝胶渗透色谱和红外光谱测定了产物的相对分子质量和结构，利用丙酮盐酸法和磷钼蓝法分别测定了环氧值和磷含量，并对固化物的热稳定性、极限氧指数和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明，亚膦酸酯环氧树脂的数均相对分子质量（Mn,GPC）、重均相对分子质量（Mw,GPC）分别为387、404 g/mol，分散指数（Mw, GPC/Mn, GPC）为1.04，磷含量为4.3 %（质量分数，下同），环氧值为0.437 mol/100 g；固化产物分解时放热量小，阻燃性能较高，极限氧指数达到38 %，拉伸强度、拉伸模量分别为25、975 MPa，断裂伸长率为5.3 %，冲击强度为24.8 kJ/m2。
