摘    要:近年来我国奶业发展迅速,机遇和挑战并存,制约其健康有序发展的因素多种多样,奶业发展的最大瓶颈不在于奶源生产,也不在于加工包装,而主要在于牛奶的消费和市场培育,在于制度。通过对中国奶业的发展与市场状况和存在问题的分析,旨在揭示目前中国奶业的问题所在并寻找出突破瓶颈的一些对策。

Abstract:The Chinese dairy industry has been developing rapidly in recent years, which is characterized by the coexisting chances and challenges. There are many factors limiting the healthy development of the Chinese dairy market. The biggest bottleneck exists in neither the supply of milk nor the processing or packaging, but in the consumption of milk, in the development of the market, and in the system concerned. In the paper, by analyzing the development and market of the Chinese dairy industry and the existing problems, the authors try to disclose some problems and suggest the solutions to them.
