摘    要:在枪圆偏心率不大的情况下,用4段圆弧代替椭圆节曲线。且以每段圆弧上的圆弧半径作为各自的节圆半径,然后运用普通数控或数控线切割机就可加工出近似的椭圆齿轮。此方法 用于其它非圆齿轮的加工。

Abstract:If the eccentricity of ellipse is not too large, Ellipse pitch curve is substituted with four sections of arc. The radius of each section is equal to the ellipse pitch radius. The approximate elliptic gear can be made with numerical control milling machine or numerical control electromachining line machine. The method is also used for making other non circle gears.
