提高乙烯裂解炉管抗渗碳性能的表面改性技术

摘    要:针对乙烯裂解炉管的渗碳过程,指出了采用表面改性技术提高乙烯裂解炉管抗渗碳性能的基本思路。介绍了运用表面化学热处理、气相沉积、表面喷涂和表面复合改性技术提高乙烯裂解炉管抗渗碳性能的各种工艺技术特点、效果、研究进展与发展方向。

Abstract:The basic concepts for improving anti-carbonation performance of ethylene cracking furnace lubes by surface modification are proposed based upon the carbonation process of the furnace tubes of elhylene cracker. The characteristics, results, research and development as well as development trends of different processes like surface chemical thermal treatment, gas phase precipitation, surface spray and surface composition are introduced.
