10 kV电磁式电压互感器爆炸的原因和解决方案

摘    要:分析了2起10kV电磁式电压互感器(TV)爆炸的原因,提出了在2个变电站分别采用更换开关特性优良的开关和加入一个特殊设计的第4TV的解决方案,满足了各自的运行要求。文章还阐述了中压电网中常见的过电压类型——操作过电压和铁磁谐振过电压的形成原因和发展机理,提出了几种行之有效的解决方案。

Abstract:The explosive reasons for two 10 kV electromagnetic type voltage transformers (TV) were analyzed. The schemes for 2 substations to adopt the switch scheme and 4 TV scheme respectively were put forward. The paper elaborated the common over voltage type in medium voltage power network-the forming reason and developing mechanism for operating over voltage and ferro-resonance over voltage, and some kinds of effective solving scheme were presented.
