防爆格栅结构对火焰淬熄的影响

摘    要:应用Fluent模拟防爆格栅火焰淬熄情况,并对结构参数和火焰淬熄之间的关系进行定性分析。结果表明,扩张腔直径和平板厚度对火焰淬熄效果有一定的影响,扩张腔角度和长度变化对火焰淬熄效果基本无影响,为防爆格栅的设计及应用提供参考。

Abstract:CFD software Fluent was applied to simulate the flame quenching of fire arresters,and the relation was analyzed between structure parameters and flame quenching.The analysis results show that diameter of bumper-separator and thicknesses of parallel plate have some influence on flame quenching,angle and length of bumper-separator have no influence on flame quenching.This article will provide reference for design and application of fire arresters.
