螺丝湾水电站引水隧洞施工技术和体会

摘    要:螺丝湾水电站引水隧洞全长5207.617 m( 含首部埋管长166.42 m) ,工程地质条件较复杂,断层密集,破碎带延续较长,并伴随有丰富的地下水,节理裂隙发育,岩层破碎,稳定性极差。开挖过程中大小塌方频繁,针对不同的塌方及可能出现的塌方,分别采用了钢支撑支护、锚喷支护、网喷锚支护及素喷支护等多种手段。混凝土施工认真组织,平行交叉作业多工序组织施工。

Abstract:The power tunnel of the Luosiwan Hydropower Station is 5,207.617m (in total length including 166.42m of the headworks embedded pipe), running through an area characterized by complicate engineering geology, densified faults, long fractured zone, rich underground water, developed joints and fissures, fractured rock formations and very poor stability. During construction of the power tunnel large and small landslips occurred frequently, and a number of measures such as steel support, anchorage and shotcrete support, mesh shotcrete and anchorage support as well as plain shotcrete support have been applied according to different types of landslips and potential landlips respectively. The concreting work was seriously organized and parallel operations with different procedures were arranged.
