| 摘 要： | 结合现有市场对卷烟产品柔性化的要求和柔性加工的理论，对卷烟生产企业的工艺流程、设备特点、生产过程进行了分析，对卷烟生产制造中的制丝、卷包、辅助等主要环节从设备布局、流程、中间产品的储存输送等方面提出了柔性改进的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the requirement for flexible packing of cigarette products on current mar- kets, the thesis analyzed the theory on the processing flow, the equipment features and the production process and gave suggestions and advices on the main producing processes of tobacco-cutting, case-packing and some supporting techniques from such aspects as equipment layout, processing flow, conveyance and storage of semi-produced products. |
