摘    要:电力线路绝缘故障发生频繁,危害严重,目前国内外对线路绝缘故障大多采取被动的检修和预防,无法实现提前预警。针对电力线路绝缘水平监测的技术难题,以精确故障行波定位技术为基础,提出电力线路轻微故障检测和预警方法,设计电力线路绝缘故障预警系统。通过检测输电线路上电压行波的变化,辨识线路绝缘老化、闪络和高阻接地等绝缘故障,并利用双端行波定位原理进行初始闪络定位,实现绝缘故障预警。实验结果表明,预警系统灵敏性高,能准确预判线路绝缘子绝缘性能。

Abstract:Insulation faults occur frequently, which cause serious effects on power system opera tion. Currently, maintenance and prevention are mostly passively carried out at home and abroad. In order to solve the problem of insulation monitoring on transmission line, a novel mi nor fault detection and pre warning method was proposed and transmission line insulation fault pre warning system was designed with the traveling wave in this paper. The aging & flashover of insulator and high impedance grounding faults were successfully detect by using the voltage trave ling wave, and then the location of initial flashover was calculated by the double terminal trave ling wave fault location method. Testing results showed that the pre warning system is with high sensitivity, and can accurate pre determine the isolator performance.
