摘    要:考虑传统调度模型采用经济性目标的不合理性,从售电收入、购电成本和违约成本3个方面构建收益指标;定义跨区电力传输风险,描述区域间电能传输的不确定性;以最大化地区电网的电力交易收益和最小化跨区电力传输风险为目标,构建多目标经济调度模型;采用改进的多目标粒子群算法求取最优解集,进而根据加权余弦排序法进行决策。某地区电网算例仿真结果表明:该调度方法能使电网在承担合理的风险值下提高收益,适用于不同的负荷水平。

Abstract:Considering the economic object irrationality of traditional dispatch, the paper intro duced the power return indexes, including power trading income, power purchase cost and liqui dated damages. A multi objective economic dispatch model with two goals of maximizing the power trading income and minimizing the regional power transmission risk was proposed. The multi objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and the cosine sequence are used to solve this problem. Simulation results of a regional power grid shows that this method can improve the profit in a reasonable condition, which can effectively applied in different load levels
