细纱压力棒上销与重定量工艺的纺纱试验

摘    要:探讨实施重定量工艺及使用细纱压力棒上销的效果.在CJ/T 80/20 14.6 tex品种上,采用重定量工艺与常规工艺,在配置压力棒上销和普通上销条件下进行了纺纱试验对比.结果表明:末道并条定量加重至25.8 g/5 m,粗纱定量加重至7.0 g/10 m,在配置普通上销条件下,重定量工艺成纱质量比常规工艺好;在重定量工艺时配置使用压力棒上销,成纱质量改善更加明显,条干、细节指标的改善尤其突出;在FA507A型细纱机弹簧加压平面牵伸配用双根压力棒上销的纺纱条件下,重定量工艺纺纱质量比DTM129型细纱机气动V形牵伸配用单根压力棒上销要差.

Abstract:Effect of adopting heavy weight per unit processing and spinning pressure bar top pin was discussed. Heavy weight per unit processing and routine processing were carried out in CJ/T 80/20 14.6 tex yarn, spinning test was contrasted in condition of using pressure bar top pin and common top pin. The result shows when weight per unit processing of finisher draft is added to 25.8 g/5 m, weight per 10 m is increased to 7.0 g/10 m, common top pin is set, yarn quality of heavy weight per unit processing is better than that of common processing. When pressure bar top pin is set in heavy weight per unit, yarn quality will be improved obviously, yarn evenness and thin places index are improved particularly. Spinning quality of heavy weight per unit, which is spun through sping-weighted plane draft and double pressure bar top pin in FAS07A spinning frame is worse than that of routine that is spun through pneumatic V shape draft and single pressure bar top pin in DTM129 spinning frame.
