摘    要:通过振荡和静置培养红灵(G.lucidum Karst)、日本赤芝(G.sp.)、阿魏侧耳(P.ferulae)、平菇苏研7号(P.ostreatusSY7)和平菇2106(P.ostreatus2106)5种真菌,发现发酵过程中溶氧对它们产漆酶能力影响很大。红灵和日本赤芝振荡培养的酶活分别是静置培养的12.86和3.5倍;阿魏侧耳振荡培养的酶活是静置培养的2倍;5种菌株振荡培养时以日本赤芝的酶活为最大(118.01 U/mL);平菇苏研7号静置培养时酶活是振荡培养的4.8倍;平菇2106振荡培养时酶活几乎为0,而静置培养时酶活高达113.5 U/mL。目前所研究和报道的漆酶产生菌多为需氧发酵菌,该实验发现平菇2106菌株能在静置培养(厌氧发酵)条件下高产漆酶(经发酵培养基初步优化漆酶产量可达337.31 U/mL),具有很大的应用前景。

Abstract:Five strains were cultivated in shaken flasks and static cultures,and the results showed that dissolved oxygen have great influence on the laccase production.The laccase activity of G.lucidum Karst and G.sp.incubated in shaken flasks was respectively 12.85 and 3.5 times as high as in static cultures,and the laccase activity of P.ferulae incubated in shaken flasks was 2 times as high as in static cultures.The laccase activity of G.sp. was the highest in five strains when they were incubated in shaken flasks.The laccase activity of P.ostreatus SY7 incubated in static cultures was 4.8 fold that in shaken flasks;and the laccase activity of P.ostreatus 2106 incubated in shaken flask was almost 0,while it was 113.5 U/mL in static cultures.At present,most strains producing laccase were incubated under aerobic fermentation circumstances,but P.ostreatus 2106 in static cultures can produce very high laccase activity(the laccase production can reach 337.31 U/mL in preliminary optimum medium).Therefore,this strain has good application prospect.
