摘    要:基于均匀设计的思想方法安排试验,研究多种药皮辅料对焊条发尘量和发尘速率的影响规律.选定9种药皮辅料作为自变量,并把每个自变量分成6个水平,共做了24个焊条小样.记录焊接过程中焊条的发尘量和发尘速率,并在计算机上进行数据的统计处理.分析结果给出了自变量与因变量之间的数学模型和趋势图.结果表明,多种药皮辅料对发尘量的影响呈交互作用的形式,其中氟化钡与萤石、钛白粉与碳酸钡、金红石与萤石、铝镁粉与铁粉之间的交互作用都会使发尘量增加,而钛白粉与金红石的联合作用则会使发尘量降低.发尘速率也有相类似的结果.

Abstract:By experiments based on uniform design, the influenc of many coating ingredients on the weld fume quantity and emission rate were studied.9 coating ingredients were taken as independent variables and were divided into 6 levels in all 24 experiments. The weld fume quantity and emission rate were taken down when welding and the data were put into the computer to process statistically.The analysis results give the mathematic model and diagrams between independent variables and functions.The results indicate that the effects of many coating ingredients on the weld fume quantity and emission rate were in the mutual form.All the mutual effects between BaF2 &CaF2, and titania powder &BaCO3, rutile & CaF2, and aluminium magnesium powder &iron powder increase the weld fume quantity.While the mutual effect between titania &rutile decrease the weld fume quantity.The effects of coating ingredients on the weld fume emission rate are similar with that on the weld fume quantity.
