BCo45NiCrWB高温钎料的钎焊工艺性能

摘    要:研究了BCo45NiCrWB高温钎料的润湿性,蔓流性,以及不同钎焊工艺对钎焊接头的微观组织影响,并分析了钎焊动态过程.利用光学显微镜(OM)分析钎焊接头显微组织,运用电子探针(EPMA)分析钎焊接头中的元素扩散情况,测定了钎焊接头在980℃/132 Mpa条件下的持久寿命.确定了钎焊的最佳工艺为:1 220℃/2h,氩气冷却 1 080℃/4 h,氩气冷却 900℃/16 h,氩气冷却,采用此工艺钎焊后在980℃/132 Mpa条件下钎焊接头的持久寿命大于60 h。结果表明,BCo45NiCrWB高温钎料具有良好的工艺性能.
