摘    要:针对MAG焊特点,采用被动式视觉传感和近红外滤波方式采集到了不同熔滴过渡形式下清晰的典型熔池视觉图像.通过专用图像处理软件提取了反映焊接质量的熔池图像灰度特征,并采用灰度直方图、伪彩色增强等方法进一步描述了熔池图像的灰度分布特点.提出了用灰度均值和标准差研究MAG焊焊接过程的思路,分析研究并给出了灰度均值和标准差计算方法,并对不同工艺参数下,结合焊接电流和电弧电压波形,分析研究了熔池视觉图像的灰度均值、标准差和焊接过程,得出了其波动大小反映了焊接过程稳定性的初步结论.

Abstract:A passive vision sensing system for acquiring the image of GMAW molten pool was set up and a lot of clear images were obtained.Image-processing software was used to extract characteristic information which reflects the welding quality.Gray feature and pseudo-color image were analyzed.Gray mean and gray standard deviation distribution were used to study the process of welding with the current and voltage wave analysis.The conclusion is that the fluctuation range of the gray mean and gray standard deviation reflects the stability of the welding process.
