一种简易脱除焦化柴油中碱性氮化合物的方法

摘    要:用二氧化碳酸性水溶液洗涤焦化柴油,使油中的碱氮化合物溶于水,从而将碱氮从焦化柴油中分离出来。实验结果表明,大庆焦化柴油经此种方法洗涤后,可脱除碱氮约60%。此方法工艺简单、投资少、成本低,目前可以作为加氢精制的预处理手段。

Abstract:Cleansing the coking diesel oil with carbon dioxide acid solution dissolves basic nitrogen compounds in the coking diesel oil in the water so as to separate the basic nitrogen from the coking diesel oil.The test results show that 60% of the basic nitrogen can be removed from the Daqing coking diesel oil in this way.This way is simple and needs less investment and low cost.Currently it can be used as the pretreatment way for the hydrofining.
