摘    要:素质教育所指的素质,系指个体在社会实践活动中逐渐养成的、内在的、稳定的个性心理品质结构。知识和能力是素质的内核,社会观和角色观是素质的动力定向因素。素质教育是一种新的教育观念和思想,与传统教育既有共性,也有区别。素质教育的最终目标是:通过各种手段和途径,将学生学得的东西内化为素质,逐步培育学生的专业适应力和创造力。

Abstract:What quality contains in quality-based education refers to the inherent and stable psychological qualities that an individual forms gradually in the social practice Knowledge and capability are kernel of qualities while social ideology and character are factors to determine them Quality-based education is a fresh way of thinking which is either similar to or different from the traditional education.The ultimate purpose of this article is to internalize what students have learnt into capability and develop their adaptation and creativity to their majors by various means.
