| 摘 要： | 介绍了PU130型进口片梭织机自动混纬系统的研制过程及其性能特点。该系统采用电磁阀控制汽缸，由汽缸带动连杆进而驱动换纬机构动作，达到多比例自动混纬的目的。系统在保持原设备工作原理的基础上，解决了PU130型进口片梭织机只有（1：1）单一比例混纬的问题，增强了设备的适应性，满足了多品种的市场需求，为企业带来了很大的经济和社会效益。该系统简单、实用、性能稳定，投资少，科技含量高，市场推广应用前景广阔。

| Abstract: | In the paper are introduced the development process and the performance of the automatic mixed filling system of the imported PU130 projectile loom.The system adopts solenoid valve to controll the cylinder which drives the levers to further drive the loom magazine in order to reach the goal of multiple proportion(n:1 or m:n)automatic mixed filling.The system ended the history that the imported PU130 projectile loom only has single proportion automatic mixed filling while maintaining the former equipment's working principle.It can strength- en the equipment's adaptability to meet the market demand and bring great economical and social benefit for the mill.The system is simple, practical and stable with less investment and higher technique content and vast market applicable foreground. |
