某型地空导弹武器系统的潜在效能评估

针对某型地空导弹武器系统的效能问题,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评估方法,建立了武器系统潜在效能评估模型,并提出了计算效能评估结果可信度高低的简捷的综合分析评价方法与数学模型。最后通过数学模型对某型地空导弹武器系统的潜在效能进行评估,得到了合理的数值,检验了模型的可靠性。说明了上述模型可用于定量描述系统的潜在效能,又可以用于类似系统之间的效能比较,为地空导弹武器系统的研制、试验和使用等提供决策依据。

Latent Potency Estimation of the Surface-to-Air Missile Weapon System

In view of surface-to-air missile weapon system,using the methods of layer analyzing and fuzzy comprehension assessment,this paper constructs the model of latent efficiency assessment of weapon system,and the brief and comprehensive analytical appraisal method of computing the extent of credence of potency appraisal result and the math model are proposed.Finally carries on the appraisal through the mathematical model to some surface-to-air missile weapon system latent potency,obtained the reasonable value,examined reliability of the model.Showed that the model can be available in describing the system latent potency quantitatively,also may be used in comparison of the potency between the similar systems,provides the policy-making basis for the development,experiment and the use of surface-to-air missile weapon system.
