| 摘 要： | 当前房地产市场的开发与后期的物业服务大多分离，在一定程度上制约了原先不动产的保值、升值。物业服务的优劣也直接影响了开发商的信誉度。文章从两者的当前状况、相互影响力、可行性发展3个方面阐述其连贯性。

| Abstract: | The current real estate market development and post-property services are mostly separate, which restricts to a certain extent the value preserving and appreciation of the original real estate. The pros and cons of property services directly affect the credibility of the developers. From the current situation, mutual influence and the feasibility of development, the coherence is elaborated. |
