| 摘 要： | 在FIDIC合同条件下,工程进度的控制主要包括有关工程进度计划管理和工程延误、工程延期的规定。文章介绍了工程师进行进度控制的工作内容,分析了造成施工进度拖延的原因,论述了工程师对工程延期的审批程序。
