| 摘 要： | 知识经济形态下，高校图书馆员必须不断发展和完善自己，有目的地尽快适应现代图书馆工作的需求。本文针对当前高校图书馆工作中存在的问题，以及未来发展方向和趋势、阐述了观念上变革的必要性；高校图书馆员知识、能力、素质三位一体的结构模式内容体系；及其相互关系等，为今后高校图书馆员人才规格的培养提供依据。

| Abstract: | In a knowledge dominated economic age, a college or a university librarian, working in a modern library , must constantly improve himself in order to meet the work requirements. This essay aims to point out the existing problems in college or university libraries and trends of the libraries' future development. In addition, the essay suggests criteria for the training of new librarians by providing a reasonable system and structural model for a college or a university librarian to acquire the knowledge,abilitity and qualities necessary for the job. |
