煤浆管道输送参数的计算模型

A MODEL FOR CALCULATING HYDRAULIC PARAMETERS OF COAL SLURRY PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION

The pressure gradient of slurry pipeline transportation is calculated in the paper by using a generalized model. Good agreement between the result of calculation and a great number of experimental data obtained from the test loops with different size of pipes and slurry concentration, strongly supports the validity of the model. Thus, loop test can be eliminated in the preliminary design stage, because the results of test have great limitations for the design. Based on analysis of practical data of pipeline transportation, some empiric formulae for determining diameter of pipe, and velocity of slurry are also given. It is found that the diameter and velocity are proportional to the 3/7 and 1/7 order of slurry flow rate respectively.
