转炉干法除尘智能控制系统的设计应用

摘    要:为了提高转炉烟气除尘效果和回收率,提出了采用模糊控制实现烟气流量控制的技术,达到了较好的控制精度;采用的带偏置补偿PID控制回路提高了喷水流量控制的响应速度,并减少了控制超调;串级控制保证了控制的准确性.对于冶金干法除尘控制的设计应用具有很大的参考和推广价值.

Abstract:In order to achieve high gas cleaning and increase the rank and gathering rate,the fuzzy control technology to design the gas flow is indicated.It also use the forward bias offset PID control algorithm improved the water spraying control response speed and reduced control of overshoot.The serial control designs the excite control.It has important values for the design and application of dry-type off-gas cleaning control.
