矿物对水煤浆稳定性的影响研究

摘    要:以深度脱灰的大同煤为原料,通过加入一定量的不同类型矿物,用5种添加剂进行成浆实验.用切片法考察了几种矿物在水煤浆体系中的分布情况,并探讨了矿物对水煤浆稳定性的影响规律.结果表明:水煤浆稳定性与矿物类型有关;对于同一种矿物,水煤浆稳定性还与药剂有关.

Abstract:The Datong deashed coal, some different minerals, and five additives were used during the coal water slurry(CWS) preparation. The distribution of minerals in CWS was analyzed by means of cutting coal into slices in order to investigate the influence of minerals on stability of CWS. It is shown by experiment that the type of minerals has a clear effect on the stability of CWS, while for the same mineral the stability of CWS is affected by additives.
