摘    要:在国内外多家厂商激烈竞争的环境下,我国矿用链条企业必须进行自主技术创新,培育核心竞争能力以获取竞争优势。探讨了流程再造与自主技术创新的内在联系,并从顾客市场、关键流程和战略协同3个方面论述了基于流程再造的自主技术创新是我国矿用链条企业生存与发展的重要途径。最后列举了630型锻造刮板生产工艺创新、40T(150)联接环设计和生产工艺创新以及18矿用链条材料及工艺优化3个基于流程再造的自主技术创新实例。

Abstract:In the environment of drastic competition with many domestic and overseas factories,mining chain enterprises must carry out independent technological innovation to cultivate core competitive ability to acquire competitive advantages of our country.The internal relationship between business process rearrangement(BPR) and independent technological innovation is discussed.Then BPR-based independent technological innovation as a significant way to survive and develop for Chinese mining chains enterprises is analyzed with the respects of customer/market,key process and strategic synergy.Finally 3 examples are particularized: 630 forging scraper production technique innovation,40T(150)linking ring design and production technique innovation,and 18 mining chains material and technique optimization.
