摘    要:由于其结构简单和操作方便,鼓泡塔和浆态鼓泡塔广泛应用于各种工业过程,如加成、羰基合成、煤的直接液化等。不过,由于放大过程中的问题不能很好地解决,一直限制着这类反应的应用,经常的问题是小试的结果不能在放大的过程中实现。热量和质量的传递问题是放大过程中需要考虑的重要因素,因为热量和质量等传递问题正是引起放大问题的根源所在。本文总结了近年来发表在公开文献中有关高压下鼓泡塔和浆态鼓泡塔中热量和能量传递的研究结果并给予了评论。

Abstract:Bubble comumn and slurry bubble comumn are used in a wide range of industrial applications including processing of hydrocabons,FT synthesis and direct coal liquefaction due to the fact that bubble comumns are simple in their construction and operation.However a major problem that continues to limit their industrial application involves difficulties in scale up the results from small laboratory equipment to large industrial significant units.Often results from the smallscale test units cannot be achieved when the plant size is increased.Hence,their design and scaleup still is a difficult task.The heat and mass transfer properties,which cause the scaleup problem,are important factors to affect the performance of bublle coumns.In this review,the literature published in recent years involving heattransfer and mass transfer in bubble comumn/slurry bubble comumn at high pressure is revisited.
