沅水流域梯级电站洪水预报设计与应用

摘    要:构建了沅水流域梯级电站洪水预报系统,实现了沅水流域5个电站的联合预报调度运行,增长了洪水预报的预见期,也为梯级电站的联合经济运行提供了条件.应用数字流域水文模型进行洪水预报,自2005年投入试运行以来,预报精度完全达到甲级标准,为调度提供了依据,减轻了防洪风险.

Abstract:A flood forecast system is constructed for the cascade hydropower stations in the Yuanshui basin, and the combined operation of flood forecast and dispatching is realized at 5 hydropower stations in the basin. The flood forecast period is prolonged, helpful to the combined economic operation of the cascade hydropower stations. With the application of a digital hydrological model to the flood forecast of the Yuanshui basin since 2005, the forecast precision is raised to standard A, which is helpful to flood control.
