中锰合金耐磨铸铁闸瓦的研究与应用

摘    要:本文以中锰合金铸铁闸瓦为研究对象,并与中磷铸铁、高磷铸铁进行了对比研究。结果表明,中锰合金铸铁机械性能与摩擦磨损性能优于中磷、高磷铸铁。经现场装车试用,实际效果较好。

Abstract:Mid-Manganese alloy cast iron brake shoe was studied and compared with mid-phosphorous and high-phosphorous cast iron.It was shown that the mechanical strength and weer resistance of mid-monganese alloy cast iron brake shoe were improved as compared with mid-phosphorous and high- phosphorous ones,the results of practical application was fine.
