| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于业务流程模型驱动的产品研发系统，该系统以业务流程为中心，以并行设计为指导，以信息集成为手段，实现了人与信息、人与流程的高效融合，促进了业务流程和组织结构的重组与优化，实现了资源的优化配置和高效应用，增强了企业业务协同运作能力。

| Abstract: | It presents the product development system based on the business process- driven model. The system centers around the business process, takes ooncurrent design as the instruction, and achieves the harmony between people, in- formation and process efficiently by means of information integration. It can accelerate the reorganization and optimiza- tion of business process and organization structure, realize the optimal configuration and efficient application of the en- terprise resources, and enhance the enterprise process cooperation ability. |
