| 摘 要： | 机械制造生产线质量监控支持系统是一种可对其质量信息进行自动采集、处理与管理的加工过程质量控制软件系统。介绍了该系统的三层分布式体系结构，论述了系统质量数据采集、加工过程质量控制图分析、工序失控处理、工序能力分析与查询、质量信息报表生成等各组成功能模块的工作原理，给出了系统特点、安全与维护机制。

| Abstract: | The support system of quality monitor for machinery production line integrates collection, disposing and management of quality information automatically in production process. It presents the three - layer structure of the support system, discusses the system function modules such as quality datum collection, control diagram analysis of production process quality, short procedure disposal, analysis and query of procedure ability and report forms of quality information. It gives the system characteristic, safety and maintenance mechanism. |
