论开放教育中新的教学理念下的教师导向

教师基于教学理念确定教学目标、教学方法,并依据各自的教学理念实施课堂教学模式。本文就开放教育英语课程教学模式作综合分析,建议根据开放教育自身的特点,教师应树立全新的教学理念,改革传统的教学方法,充分发挥开放教育环境下的教师的“导向”作用,真正实现教师“导学”、学习者自主学习、多种媒体支持的现代远程开放教育英语教学模式,达到培养高素质英语应用型专门人才的目的。
