摘    要:在理论分析的基础上,结合实例分析了变压器绝缘油介质损耗偏高的原因。通过对变压器绝缘油的试验分析,认为钙、镁离子进入变压器绝缘油是导致变压器绝缘油介质损耗偏高的主要原因。采用5%氧化铝AT718-00-CR对受污染的变压器绝缘油进行过滤处理,使变压器绝缘油质满足要求。实践证明,这种工艺对解决变压器绝缘油介质损耗偏高问题是行之有效的。

Abstract:The reasons making transformer insulation oil loss higher are analyzed based on theory analysis combined with actual situation in the paper. It is believed that the calcium ion and magnesium ion went into transformer insulation oil is why the loss of them is higher through the test of transformer insulation oil. It meets the relevant requirements and codes about oil after the transformer insulation oil contaminated is filtered for several times with 5% alumina (AT718-00-CR). The practice shows that it is effective to solve the problems above with the procedure.
