摘    要:振动磨是一种用于物料的细粉及超细粉生产的机械粉磨设备,其结构如图1所示。

Abstract:The paper offers concept of vibration mill with double rigid bodies. Through analyticalcalculation and test, it is found out that vibration milling energy is simultaneouslytransferred from cylinder wall to inner and from center to outer in the vibration millwith double rigid body, instead of just transferred from cylinder wall to center, which eliminate central dead zone in traditional vibration mill, so energyutilizing efficiency is increased and fineness is smaller, the mostimportant of all, which establishes basis for big scale of vibration mill.
