槽形对永磁无刷直流电动机性能的影响

摘    要:以一台0.55kw的永磁无刷直流电动机为例,利用RMxprt磁路计算软件对比研究了不同定子槽形对无刷直流电动机槽满率、效率以及起动性能的影响。结果表明,圆形导线时,梨形槽的槽利用率、电机效率及起动性能均优于梯形槽。

Abstract:Taking a 0.55 kW permanent magnet brushIess DC motor as an example, the influenee of different stator slots on slot fill factor, efficiency, starting performance was analyzed using ANSYS's magnetic circuit calculation software named RMxprt. It is found that, for round wire, the slot fill factor, efficiency, starting performance of peariform slot are all better than trapezoidal slot's.
