管壳深拉伸模具设计与制造

摘    要:通过管壳深拉伸的工艺分析及计算,提出了8副模具能完成所需的工序.主要介绍了首次拉伸、4次拉伸、6次拉伸工序及制件落料工序的模具结构特点及主要零部件加工工艺和技术要求.实践证明,此模具设计巧妙、结构精简、制件稳定性好.

Die Design and Manufacturing of Deep Drawing for the Shell Parts
Abstract:Through the shell of deep drawing process analysis and calculation, puts forward the eight vice mould can complete the required process. Mainly introduced the first stretching, stretching four times, six times stretching process and blanking process of fabrication of die structure characteristics and main parts processing technology and technical requirements. Practice has proved that the mold design, compact structure, good stability of fabrication.
