摘    要:熔接痕和冷料斑是塑件在成型过程中常见的缺陷,缺陷产生的因素很多.轿车钥匙包塑的表面出现的熔接痕,是通过改变浇口的位置和增设溢料槽措施予于妥善地解决.汽车门把手上的冷料斑,是通过选择合理的模具结构、设备和工艺加工参数给予于解决.本文通过这两个案例,说明了只要抓住了缺陷形成的主要因素,又能够采用合理的整治措施,缺陷的整治总是能够迎刃而解的.

Mold Structure and Injection Process Parameters on the Influence of Injection Molded Parts Quality Defects
Abstract:Weld mark and cold spot is injection molded parts of the common defects in the process of forming, the defects of many factors. Car key plastic coated surface of weld mark, is by changing the gate location and add material overflow groove measures to properly solve. Car door handle cold material spot, is by choosing reasonable die structure, equipment and processing parameters given in solving process. Through the two cases, this article illustrates the just caught the main factor for the formation of defects, and make a reasonable regulation measures, defects regulation always can be solved.
