| 摘 要： | 研究了快速准确估算大规模定制产品成本的新方法，分析了大规模定制环境下产品的BOM结构及产品成本驱动关键特征，提出了提取大规模定制产品成本驱动关键特征的数学模型。对产品成本评估和神经网络理论进行了研究，描述了驱动要素与产品成本的关系，进一步提出了利用大规模定制产品多级神经网络估算成本的模型，并通过案例进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | A new method of the rapid accurate estimation mass customization cost was studied on the basis of the existing cost estimation techniques of product in this paper. The BOM construction and the key characteristic of product cost driver were analyzed in the mass customization circumstances and the mathematic model of the key characteristics of Mass Customization product cost drivers was proposed. After studying product cost evaluation and neural networks theories and describing relation of driving factors and product cost, the model of estimating product cost of mass customization with model of multi-layer neural networks was further put forward, and analyzed it with an example. |
