| 摘 要： | 分析了苯和乙烯液相循环烷基化工艺的流程和特点，考察了工艺条件对反应结果的影响，经2500h催化剂活性稳定性试验，结果表明，烷基化催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性，固定床液相循环烷基化工艺是可行的，新工艺流程简单，操作方便，可较灵活地降低苯烯比，减少装置的能耗。

| Abstract: | The technology of circulation process for liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene is introduced and analyzed in detail.After more than 2500?h of running on the activity-stability experiment of catalyst,the results shows that the alkylation catalyst has superior activity and stability,and the circulation process for liquid phase alkylation in fix-bed is feasible perfectly.The new process is simple and operated conveniently.Using the circulation process for liquid phase alkylation,the molar ratio of benzene to ethylene can be easily decreased,so the energy consumption of process can be reduced. |
