| 摘 要： | P3(P3E/C)是国际通行的项目管理软件, 但在国内电建项目上的应用效果总体上不尽人意。文章通过近几年来电力建设工程公司在参建项目中应用P3 软件实际效果的观察, 对在国内电建项目应用P3 等项目管理软件的现状进行了剖析与思考, 并对P3 的应用保证、实施阶段与步骤、未来电建项目应用P3 软件的前景提出了思路和措施。

| Abstract: | P3(P3E/C) is a worldwide popular project management software.However,the results of its application in domestic electric power construction projects are unsatisfactory as a whole.Based on the author's observations on P3 software applications in projects,in which the construction company the author serves participated,this paper analyzes the current status of application of project management software such as P3 in domestic power construction projects.Viewpoints on application assurance,implementing procedures,and prospects being used in future projects are presented. |
